CIM Digital Marketing Qualifications – Award in Digital Strategy - MMC Learning
The Digital Customer Experience module is designed to equip you with the skills to analyse and improve a customer journey. You will learn how to select as well as manage a range of digital channels to meet changing customer needs in order to create an effective online experience. Each module is assessed by a work-based practical assignment. There are three assessment boards a year in April, July and December.

The College produces internal study timetables to assist you in completing your assessments and CIM qualification within an month period. You will work with a highly experienced personal tutor, who will support you through the assessment process and answer any queries you may have. Your personal tutor will provide you with feedback on both an initial assignment plan and subsequent draft to maximise your opportunities for success with your assignment.
Diploma in Professional Marketing
The Diploma in Professional Marketing is a level 6 qualification, which is the equivalent to an undergraduate degree. It is designed for marketers who are currently working at a supervisory, operational or management level or aim to do so.
The majority of students who study at this level are graduates, have a degree equivalent qualification or have completed the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing. For those who have not studied marketing previously or would like to update their understanding of basic marketing principles and theory, we offer a two-day intensive course.
