Encyclopedic presentation with cross referencings -- well organized but vastly oversimplified. A book not to be taken lightly.
Rather than a casual lecture, it is a true manual for those interested in improving brain health. Covers from dietary intake to learning techniques, the biological differences between men and women, how genetics and brain chemistry affect not only our health but our daily behaviour, etc.
